The Role
We’re hiring a Program Manager (Client Partner track) to own outcomes across multiple initiatives for a strategic client (or two large programs). You will be the senior, trusted point of contact—balancing delivery excellence with commercial growth. You’ll orchestrate multi‑team execution, shape roadmaps, and expand the relationship through thoughtful upsell and cross‑sell that solve real business needs.
This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of delivery, strategy, and account growth.
Job requirements
What You’ll Do
Own Program Outcomes: Lead planning and execution across multiple workstreams; deliver on time, on budget, and to quality.
Be the Client’s Partner: Build executive‑level relationships (Director/C‑suite), facilitate quarterly business reviews, and act as the escalation point.
Grow the Account: Identify and convert upsell/cross‑sell opportunities; shape proposals, SOWs, and change requests; manage pipeline and forecasts.
Governance & Risk: Establish clear cadences, KPIs/OKRs, RAID logs, and value tracking; keep stakeholders aligned and surprises rare.
Financial Stewardship: Own program budgets, margin, burn, and capacity; forecast realistically and course‑correct early.
Delivery Leadership: Coordinate PMs/Tech Leads/Design leads across squads; unblock dependencies; uphold engineering and product best practices.
Translate Strategy to Roadmaps: Facilitate discovery, prioritize portfolios, and align initiatives with measurable business outcomes.
Compliance & Security: Ensure GDPR and InfoSec expectations are embedded in delivery.
Narrative & Documentation: Produce crisp updates, decision logs, and executive‑ready materials.
What You’ll Bring (Must‑Haves)
8+ years in program/delivery management for digital products or platforms in Western markets (e.g., UK/US/DACH/Nordics).
Proven track record managing multi‑team, multi‑million PLN initiatives or portfolios end‑to‑end.
Commercial acumen: hands‑on experience creating SOWs, negotiating change, building proposals, and hitting growth targets.
Executive communication: you can brief a CTO/CFO in five minutes or run a half‑day steering committee with equal ease.
Methods & Tools: Agile/Lean delivery at scale; JIRA/Confluence; strong financial/forecasting discipline.
Fluent English (C1/C2); confident working across time zones and cultures.
Strong Pluses
International exposure: lived and worked abroad for 12+ months; deep familiarity with Western business culture beyond language fluency.
Experience in consulting/agency environments (nearshore/remote).
Familiarity with cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), data platforms, and modern product engineering practices.
Certifications (e.g., PSM/PSPO, PMP, Prince2, SAFe)—useful but not mandatory.
Polish language skills.
