As a New Business Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of our client acquisition process, playing a pivotal role in establishing strong relationships with potential clients. Your role involves initiating contact with prospects, conducting initial qualifications, crafting tailored proposals, and following up to secure deals. You'll collaborate closely with internal teams to align offers with client needs and our service capabilities.

Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong English proficiency (spoken and written).
Process-oriented mindset, ensuring consistency in lead management.
Proactive attitude, able to take initiative and drive results.
Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple leads and tasks efficiently.
Hard Skills:
Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or business development.
Familiarity with tools like popular CRMs, PandaDoc etc.
Ability to create simple, persuasive offers using templates or custom input.
Understanding of B2B sales processes and client qualification techniques.
