Job description
We help companies undergo digital transformation – combining technology consulting with software development. We work mainly with mid-sized service businesses.
As a Solution Architect, you will lead the design of technical solutions based on business needs uncovered during client workshops and analysis. Your role is to evaluate available data, technologies, and tools, and propose architectural approaches for new systems or improvements. You will verify feasibility, assess APIs, and align technical design with business goals.
This is a client-facing role – you will collaborate directly with stakeholders to clarify requirements and translate them into architecture and implementation plans.

Responsibilities
Analyze business needs and translate them into scalable, maintainable architecture
Design system architecture and define technology stack for new software solutions
Evaluate existing systems and APIs to identify opportunities and limitations
Collaborate with product owners, developers, and other stakeholders
Create architectural documentation and diagrams
Ensure architectural consistency and technical feasibility
Guide implementation teams and support technical decision-making
Participate in client workshops and technical discovery sessions
Requirements
Hard Skills:
Proven experience in designing system architecture for custom software solutions
Strong understanding of web technologies, REST APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL)
Proficiency in at least one cloud platform (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
Experience with microservices architecture and integration patterns
Familiarity with both SaaS tools and custom software development
Ability to read and interpret API documentation and evaluate integration options
Understanding of software development lifecycle (Agile, DevOps)
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and presentation skills – ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
