Are you a visionary leader with deep technical expertise and the ability to bridge the gap between technology and business? As CTO, you will spearhead our technological strategy, with a strong focus on backend systems, while leveraging a broad understanding of various technologies to drive innovation. You’ll play a key role in delivering digital transformation solutions for our clients, combining strategic thinking, technical excellence, and business insight.

Job requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Define and lead the company’s technology strategy to align with business goals.

  • Oversee the development, optimization, and scalability of backend systems (priority focus).

  • Apply a broad knowledge of technologies (AI, data, integration, cloud, etc.) to design innovative solutions.

  • Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and project success.

  • Provide technical guidance to development teams and enforce best practices.

  • Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to support client needs and company goals.

  • Collaborate with international clients and cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge digital transformation solutions.

Requirements:

Hard Skills:

  • Exceptional expertise in backend development, including modern frameworks, tools, and system architecture.

  • Broad understanding of various technologies, such as AI, data analytics, cloud computing, and system integration.

  • Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering complex solutions.

  • Deep knowledge of API design, database systems, and scalable infrastructure.

  • Experience in assessing and implementing emerging technologies.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset paired with business acumen.
